Madison Mosaic offers a range of bond investments that have some common characteristics. All of our bond funds emphasize higher-quality bonds and are actively managed with the goal of reducing downside risk and improving long-term performance. For investors seeking regular taxable income, we manage Intermediate Income Fund, which is a general bond fund; Government Fund with 100% government and government agency holdings; and a higher-minimum, lower-cost general bond fund, Institutional Bond. For tax-advantaged income, we manage Tax-Free National and Tax-Free Virginia, both of which produce income free from federal taxation, and in the case of the Virginia Fund, free from state taxation as well.

Madison Mosaic manages Government Money Market to provide a conservative, stable-value alternative to our investors. By investing entirely in government and government agency notes, the Fund reduces the credit risk that is associated with owning corporate issuance, and provides a haven from the daily fluctuations of the stock and bond markets.
